Noonki is a kindness app. We believe kindness starts with how our app treats you. We built our digital garden to be comfortable for everyone. The app follows your iPhone accessibility settings automatically. It also has its own custom settings that work even if your system settings are off.
Our Commitment to You
We want every person to feel at home here. We test our app at the largest text sizes before every update. We fix anything that looks crowded or hard to read. Our goal is to make sure your experience is always smooth and clear.
Working with Your iPhone Settings
You can change these in your iOS Settings. Noonki will respect them right away:
• Dynamic Type: Text grows to fit your preferred reading size.
• Reduce Motion: The garden stays still. Wind and stars stop moving so you can rest.
• Reduce Transparency: Blurry backgrounds become solid for easier reading.
• Contrast and Bold: Letters become thicker and colors become easier to see.
• VoiceOver: Every part of the garden is labeled. You can move plants and landmarks using simple voice commands.
Custom Comfort Switches
Inside the Noonki app, find the "You" page and tap "Accessibility." These switches work specifically for our garden:
• Stillness: Stop all movement in the garden with one tap.
• Hold the Sky: Pick your favorite time of day. The garden will stay in that light for as long as you like.
• Sounds and Taps: You can turn off every chime or vibration. Our sounds will never interrupt your music.
• Familiar Lettering: If the default font is hard to read, you can switch the whole app to a standard system font.
Kindness by Design
Some choices for accessibility are built into the heart of Noonki:
• No Pressure: There are no timers or deadlines. You will never be penalized for a quiet week.
• Pausing Streaks: If you miss a day, nothing is deleted. Your progress just waits for you.
• Gentle Words: We never use scary or urgent language. We will never shame you for taking a break.
• Quiet Notifications: We only send one short message a morning if you ask for it.
We Are Here to Help
If something is hard to use, please tell us. Email support@goodnoonki.com. Tell us which iPhone you have and which settings you are using. We prioritize these emails, and a real person will always write you back.
Turn these on in iOS Settings and Noonki honors them without being asked:
Dynamic Type. Every line of text in the app scales with your preferred reading size, and the smallest sizes are given a little extra so fine print never becomes fine print.
Reduce Motion. The living garden holds still · wind, birds, water, drifting stars, all of it. Nothing you have grown is hidden; it simply rests.
Reduce Transparency. Frosted panels become solid backings.
Bold Text and Increase Contrast. Lettering firms up and faint inks step forward across the whole app.
Differentiate Without Color. Anything the app says with color, it also says with a shape or a word.
VoiceOver and Switch Control. The pages, the rows, and the living scenes themselves are labeled and described. Arranging the garden works without a drag: your Noonki, every flower, and every landmark offer named actions · move left, move right, move up, move down · and the garden announces where each thing came to rest.
